Your order will be delivered to the desired address in the next one or two* business days for orders with payment confirmed until 15:00. A tracking number will be generated that can be followed by the NACEX website. If you cannot receive your order, a notice will be left in your mailbox so that you can call to schedule a new delivery.
- CTT Registered
Your order will be delivered to the desired address the next business day for orders with payment confirmed until 15:00. A tracking number will be generated that can be followed by the CTT website. If you cannot receive your order, a notice will be left to be able to pick it up at the nearest post office.
Shipping methods available for Madeira and Açores:
- CTT Registered
Your order with less than 2kgs will be shipped as registered mail and will be delivered in 2 to 5* business days, weighing more than 2kgs will be shipped by CTT National Order and will be delivered to your home in 5-8* business days in Madeira and between 7-10 working days in the Açores. A tracking number will be generated that can be followed by the CTT website. If you can not receive your order, a notice will be left to be able to pick it up at the nearest post office.
